ロッテ免税店 東京銀座店では、対象ウイスキーの販売に際し、混雑緩和および安全確保のため整理券対応を実施いたします。（2月20日～）

販売価格：各55,000円
※各商品 お一人様1日1本まで

■ご購入の流れ（2/20～）
① ご入店後、9階インフォメーションデスク前の専用列にお並びのお客様を対象に先着で整理券を配布いたします。
ウイスキー購入希望のお客様は専用列へお並びください。（キャンセル待ち券配布あり）
② 整理券配布時刻より2時間以内に銀座店内にて合計30,000円以上ご購入いただき、インフォメーションデスクにてレシート認証をお受けください。
購入期限時刻は整理券に記載されます。
③ レシート認証後、購入券をお渡しいたします。購入券を持ってお酒コーナーにてウイスキーをご購入ください。
■キャンセル待ち券について
配布済の整理券にキャンセルが発生した場合、キャンセル待ち券をお持ちのお客様にウイスキーをご購入いただけます。
券面記載の時刻にお酒コーナーにて直接購入可否をお尋ねください。
キャンセル待ち券は券面記載の指定時間帯のみ有効となります。
※キャンセル待ち券は、商品の購入を保証するものではございません。
※在庫状況によりご購入いただけない場合がございます。
※本券に金銭的価値はなく、譲渡・転売はできません。
※券面記載の指定時間を過ぎた場合、購入権利は無効となります。

・出国予定日が60日以内のお客様のみご購入可能です。
・商品は羽田空港または成田空港の引渡し場にてお渡しいたします。

为缓解现场拥堵并确保安全，将实施整理券发放制度。（自2月20日起）

销售价格：每瓶 55,000 日元
※ 每种商品每人每日限购 1 瓶
※ 数量有限／先到先得
■购买流程（自2月20日起）
① 入店后，请在9楼服务台（Information Desk）前的专用队列排队。
现场将按先后顺序发放整理券。
有意购买威士忌的顾客请在专用队列排队。（同时发放候补券）
② 自整理券发放时刻起2小时内，
请在东京银座店内累计消费满30,000日元，
并前往服务台进行小票确认。
购买期限时间将标注于整理券上。
③ 小票确认完成后，将发放购买券。
持购买券前往酒类专区购买威士忌。
■关于候补券
如已发放的整理券出现取消情况，
持候补券的顾客可按顺序购买威士忌。
请在券面标注时间前往酒类专区直接确认是否可购买。
候补券仅在券面记载的指定时间段内有效。
※ 候补券不保证一定可以购买商品。
※ 根据库存情况，可能无法购买。
※ 本券不具任何金钱价值，不得转让或转卖。
※ 超过券面标注的指定时间后，购买资格自动失效。

현장 혼잡 완화 및 안전 확보를 위해 구매 번호표 제도를 운영합니다. (2월 20일부터)

■ 구매 절차 (2/20부터)
① 입점 후, 9층 인포메이션 데스크 앞 전용 대기줄에 줄을 서신 고객을 대상으로 선착순으로 구매 번호표를 배부합니다.
위스키 구매를 희망하시는 고객께서는 전용 줄에 서주시기 바랍니다. (대기 취소분 구매권 별도 배부)
② 구매 번호표 배부 시각으로부터 2시간 이내에 긴자점 매장에서 합계 30,000엔 이상 구매하신 후, 인포메이션 데스크에서 영수증 인증을 받아주시기 바랍니다.
구매 기한 시각은 구매 번호표에 기재됩니다.
③ 영수증 인증 완료 후, 구매권을 발급해 드립니다.
구매권을 지참하시고 주류 코너에서 위스키를 구매해 주시기 바랍니다.
■ 대기 취소분 구매권(캔슬 대기권) 안내
이미 배부된 구매 번호표 중 취소가 발생한 경우,
대기 취소분 구매권을 소지한 고객께서 위스키를 구매하실 수 있습니다.
권면에 기재된 시각에 주류 코너에서 직접 구매 가능 여부를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
대기 취소분 구매권은 권면에 기재된 지정 시간대에만 유효합니다.
※ 대기 취소분 구매권은 상품 구매를 보장하는 것이 아닙니다.
※ 재고 상황에 따라 구매가 불가할 수 있습니다.
※ 본 권은 금전적 가치가 없으며, 양도 및 재판매가 불가합니다.

Notice Regarding Purchase Queue Ticket Operations
At Lotte Duty Free Tokyo Ginza Store, in connection with the sale of designated whiskies, a Purchase Queue Ticket system will be implemented in order to alleviate congestion and ensure safety. (From February 20)
■ Eligible Products
- HIBIKI 21 Years (6 bottles per day)
- YAMAZAKI 18 Years (6 bottles per day)
- HAKUSHU 18 Years (4 bottles per day)
Retail Price: JPY 55,000 each
※ Limit of one bottle per person per day for each product
※ Limited quantities / First-come, first-served basis
■ Purchase Procedure (From February 20)
① After entering the store, Purchase Queue Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to customers lined up at the designated queue in front of the 9th Floor Information Desk.
Customers wishing to purchase whisky must line up in the designated queue. (Cancellation Waitlist will also be distributed.)
② Within two (2) hours from the time the Purchase Queue Ticket is issued, customers must make purchases totaling JPY 30,000 or more within the Tokyo Ginza Store and complete receipt verification at the Information Desk.
The purchase deadline time will be indicated on the Purchase Queue Ticket.
③ After receipt verification, a purchase voucher will be issued.
Please bring the purchase voucher to the liquor section to purchase the whisky.
■ Regarding Cancellation Waitlist
If cancellations occur for previously distributed Purchase Queue Tickets, customers holding a Cancellation Waitlist may purchase the whisky.
Please visit the liquor section at the time indicated on the ticket to directly confirm purchase availability.
The Cancellation Waitlist is valid only during the designated time period stated on the ticket.
※ The Cancellation Waitlist does not guarantee the purchase of the product.
※ Purchase may not be possible depending on stock availability.
※ The ticket has no monetary value and may not be transferred or resold.
※ If the designated time stated on the ticket has passed, the purchase right becomes invalid.
■ Purchase Conditions
- This product is a DUTY FREE item.
- Purchase is available only to customers whose departure date is within 60 days.
- The product will be available for pickup at the designated counters at Haneda Airport or Narita Airport.
■ Event Period
January 15, 2026 – While supplies last
